Events: Arizona - Phoenix - Scottsdale

In partnership with Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey & Guinness, Thirsty Lion Gastropub’s four valley restaurant locations will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Friday, March 17th. Guests will be treated to authentic Irish fun including live Bag Pipe music and specialty Irish dancers from 4pm-7pm. There will also be swag giveaways, specialty themed menu items, craft cocktails and beer.

Authentic Irish fare will include the following:

Bacon Cheddar Potato Cakes served with Russet potatoes, pepper bacon, cheddar, sour cream, jalapeños and green onions, fried golden brown with Napa cabbage slaw, chipotle aioli and scallion herb sour cream.

Traditional Scotch Eggs with a Boiled egg wrapped in pork sausage, lightly breaded and crispy fried with grain mustard sauce.

Reuben Sandwich served with Beer braised corned beef brisket, peppered sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese and 1000 island, on grilled rustic rye. Served with choice of fresh hand-cut fries, Napa slaw or small house salad.

Irish Shepherd’s Pie with Seasoned ground beef, onions, carrots & peas simmered in pan gravy, layered with white cheddar mashed potatoes and melted cheddar cheese. Served with fresh baked Irish soda bread.

Beer Braised Corned Beef & Cabbage with Peppercorn horseradish, and stone-ground mustard

Whiskey Bing Cherry Bread Pudding baked with whiskey and dried bing cherries. Served with whipped cream and whiskey caramel sauce.

Irish Whiskey Salmon

Featured craft cocktails and beers will include the Irish Mule, and the Irish Old-Fashioned.

A portion of proceeds from the Irish Mule will benefit the  St. Baldrick’s Foundation, conquering childhood cancers. https://www.stbaldricks.org/
