Roaring Fork in Scottsdale will be celebrating the Easter holiday on Sunday, April 9^th beginning at 11:00am.  The Scottsdale restaurant will be serving specialty items in addition to wood-fired favorites including:

• Muscles & Chorizo with house made chorizo, cherry tomatoes, garlic, white wine, & grilled chili bread
• Grilled Fish Tacos served on Corn tortillas with cherry pepper slaw, guacamole, salsa, and cowboy beans
• Green Chili Pork with warm flour tortillas
• Filet Mignon, hand cut in-house with Caramelized Shallot Butter and Chipotle Demi Glaze
• Crispy Chicken Bites served Spicey/not spicey with ranch dressing
• Tortilla Soup with rotisserie chicken, avocado, cotija, tortilla strips
• Steak Tenderloin Salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, blue cheese, candied walnuts, mushrooms, balsamic, & Creamy Horseradish Dressing            
• Rotisserie Chicken served with cornbread stuffing, green beans, and lemon garlic jus
