Description
Desert Ridge Marketplace will be hosting the third annual Music & Murals Art Festival on Friday, March 17 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in The District! Partnering with Southern Arizona Arts & Culture Alliance (SAACA), enjoy an evening of art and entertainment as local artists bring paintings to life while being inspired by the live music around them.
Plus, celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with special cultural performances and themed drinks from participating Sip & Stroll restaurants.
Music & Murals will feature:
- 10-15 artists will paint live throughout The District
- 4 Live Music zones: Rock, Instrumental Jazz, Acoustic and a special Celtic-themed zone
- 3-Sided Community Mural – 8’ x 8’ x 8’ – Led by Snood City
- Side 1: Interactive Community Mural
- Side 2: Paint By Numbers Interactive Mural
- Side 3: Artists live painting during the event
- Murals created during Music + Murals 2022 will be auctioned off to support SAACA
- Special St. Patrick’s Day performances and themed Sip & Stroll drinks
