Description

WHAT: On Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., the Phoenix-based life-saving resource The Frontline Coalition will be hosting a CPR class that will teach attendees how to administer CPR for adults, children and infants – and all for a great cause; the Armer Foundation for Kids

“The Armer Foundation for Kids helped save my niece’s life,” said former first responder and the owner of The Frontline Coalition Malinda Malone. “For me to be able to pay it forward after they helped our family fundraise was a no-brainer – what they do every day to help local families not feel the financial burden of life-saving medical treatments is incredibly inspiring and we are honored to give back to them.”

The four-hour class will teach students the proper techniques for chest compressions, rescue breaths, use of the automated external defibrillator, primary assessment of the unresponsive person, caring for a person in cardiac arrest and choking.

“With response times varying after calling 911, it’s essential that you be your own first responder,” said Malone. “Administering CPR on-site before help arrives saves lives.”

To register for the class (CPR for adults only $42, CPR for adults and children $46 and CPR for adults, children and infants $50), visit www.thefrontlinecoalition.com or call (480) 689-1261.
