On Saturday, Dec. 31, in alignment with the Come On Barbie Let’s Go Party New Year’s Eve Party at the FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel, Match Market & Bar announces its themed New Year’s Eve “Barbie” dinner, Barbie’s Food Truck late night eats and New Year’s Day brunch menus.
On Saturday, Dec. 31 in honor of New Year’s Eve, guests can enjoy the following menu items at Match Market & Bar from 6 to 11 p.m.:
Burrata Heirloom Tomato Salad with reduced balsamic and micro basil, $12
Crispy Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps with pickled vegetables, cilantro and soy garlic sauce, $13
Lobster Pomodoro with nduja and basil, $32
Spicy Cioppino with mussels, clams, shrimp, seabass, chorizo Bilbao and herb buttered crostini, $27
Steak Frites with eight-ounce Rovey Farms Wagyu ribeye, roasted poblano chimichurri and house fries, $38
Barbie’s Food Truck offerings, listed below, will be available for purchase from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.:
Korean Pork Belly Tacos with house-made kimchi, togarashi spiced crema and Cilantro, $13
Parmesan Crusted Ultimate Grilled Cheese with mozzarella, Havarti, American and Swiss, $11
Cubano with slow-roasted mojo pork, ham, house pickles, Swiss and mustard on a Noble hoagie, $14
Carne Asada Fries with sour cream, guacamole, pickled jalapenos, queso blanco and cilantro, $12
To soak up the celebrations from the night before, Match Market & Bar is offering the following brunch items on New Year’s Day — Sunday, January 1, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.:
Blue Crab Avocado Toast with country bread, pickled jalapeno, watermelon radish, lime and micro cilantro, $13
Chilaquiles Rojo with chicken tinga, lime crema, two fried eggs, pico de gallo and cilantro, $13
Pozole Rojo with hominy, roasted pork, guajillo chiles, cabbage, radish and cilantro, $10
California-Style Breakfast Burrito with two fried eggs, house fries, carne asada, smashed avocado and shredded cheese, $14
