Enjoy a delicious holiday dinner at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa’s Southwest Bistro!

The restaurant will feature a prix fixe holiday menu including a first course selection of either a lobster bisque or a Brussel sprouts salad.  The second course will include a 10 oz. prime rib dinner plate with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, au jus and horseradish cream, followed by a dessert of Eggnog cheesecake with white chocolate mousse, torched meringue and dulce de leche sauce, or a chocolate ornament, consisting of Devil Food cake with passion fruit curd, milk chocolate mousse and chocolate sauce. A vegetarian version of the menu is also available upon request.

The holiday dinner is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.  Reservations are required and can be made by calling (480) 629-6231.
