Guests of FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and locals alike are invited to celebrate the season at Match Market & Bar on Saturday, Dec. 25 with a special four-course Christmas dinner. With two seating times, 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., the dinner features the following menu:

First Course — Pecan Pie Baked Brie with crostinis and apples  

Second Course — Pomegranate Brussels Sprout Salad with cinnamon toasted almonds, goat cheese and honey apple vinaigrette  

Third Course — Slow Wood Fire Roasted Lamb Shank with savory sweet potato mash, charred heirloom carrots and rosemary pan jus  

Fourth Course — Santa’s “Milk & Cookies” Mini Cake — a chocolate chip cookie white cake with buttermilk frosting
