Special Speaker: Andy Linton, Ombudsman for Maricopa County. He helps county customers (residents and business people) find solutions to difficult and complex county customer issues by collaborating with staff across various programs and departments. He acts as a neutral, independent point of contact for customers to raise concerns.
Cases that fall under his purview are primarily related to Maricopa County’s regulatory departments (Planning & Development, Transportation, Flood Control, Air Quality, and Environmental Services). Andy has worked for Maricopa County for over 22 years.
