Optum Community Centers are unique in offering a capability-adaptable fitness facility, classes and living room space, all 100% free of charge for anyone 55 and older, regardless of Optum association. The centers provide interconnected, wrap-around services to help seniors stay physically active, socially engaged, mentally stimulated and emotionally supported.
