Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch, the premier Arizona desert resort located at the base of the McDowell Mountains, announces a Winemaker Dinner featuring Beaulieu Vineyard, one of the founding wineries of Napa Valley.

The Winemaker Dinner will begin with appetizers and a wine reception where guests can meet Julia Smith, a representative with Beaulieu Vineyard.  Following the reception, Smith will join the resort’s Chef Joaquin Estolano Jr. as they guide guests through a five-course meal expertly paired with the winery’s robust and distinct varietals.  After dinner, guests have the opportunity to purchase bottles of Beaulieu Vineyard wine with an event discount.

Beaulieu Vineyard is a family-owned winery based in Napa Valley.  For more than 100 years, the vineyard has set the benchmark for rich, classic wines reflective of its location.  It is known for creating its famous 2019 George de Latour Cabernet which received a 100-point rating from Wine Enthusiast, and is considered to be Napa Valley’s original “cult” cabernet and one of the most collected American wines.  More information on Beaulieu Vineyard can be found by visiting https://www.bvwines.com/.

The Winemaker Dinner will take place at the resort’s Alto ristorante e bar on Thursday, October 20 at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m.  It is $149 per person and reservations are required by calling (480) 629-6231.
