Imagine a four-day celebration of wine that starts with an exclusive Krug Champagne dinner in our kitchen and continues with a lively wine dinner in the Verandas, Master Classes in private dining rooms, a 100+ label Grand Wine Tasting indoors and out, and a Sparkling Sunday Brunch. It’s going to be something!

The second annual Wrigley Mansion Wine Festival is coming to the Valley on Thursday April 28 – May 01, 2022. Held at the historic Wrigley Mansion, the four-day celebration includes dinners, live music, interactive Master Classes, visiting Master Sommeliers, a Grand Tasting, perfectly paired bites, and some of the wine world’s biggest names.

The festival begins on Thursday, April 28 with a very special Krug Champagne Dinner for 10 in the kitchen at the Chef’s Table, just steps from the culinary action. This exclusive dinner ($1,500pp) features some of the finest Champagnes in the world and a visiting ambassador from the house of Krug.

Friday, April 29 features a Winemaker’s Dinner (nearly sold out) in the main dining Verandas at 6:00 pm, hosted by Scherrer Winery’s founder Fred Scherrer and Master Sommelier Michael Jordan. The wine duo also jams together as “Unplugged and Uncorked,” and guests will enjoy their acoustic tunes along with unparalleled views and menus crafted by Chef CJ Khaley and pastry Chef Jolie Skwiercz. Tickets to the dinner are $150pp.

Saturday’s main event is the Grand Wine Tasting, held on April 30 from 5:30-8:00 p.m. This walk-around tasting has more than doubled from last year and moves from the living room to the spacious Garden Room and outdoor Garden Terrace. Guests will have the opportunity to sample more than 100 wines from across the world, talk and taste cheese with Chef Tracey Shepos Cenami from Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens, savor delicate Petrossian caviar, and enjoy bites from Wrigley Mansion’s chefs CJ and Jolie. Featured wines include selections from Scherrer Winery, Gran Moraine, Frog’s Leap, Hartford Family Winery, Kistler, Heitz, Jonata, Hilt, and many more. Tickets are $115 per person. A portion of proceeds from the Grand Wine Tasting will benefit Almost There Rescue: A Mom & Pups Rescue.

Also on tap for Saturday is a cooking demo by James Beard Chef Christopher Gross (sold out), and four interactive Master Classes: Blend Your Own Cabernet with Master Sommelier Thomas Price with Freemark Abbe wines; Vine to Bar, pairing chocolate with MS Michael Jordan; Tasting Secrets Revealed by MS Michael Jordan and Nick Hetzel; and Champagne & Caviar Parings led by MS Thomas Price, Wrigley Mansion’s Wine Director Paola Embry and a Petrossian’s visiting ambassador. (Classes are $50pp, except for Caviar, $75pp.)

The Wrigley Mansion Wine Festival closes out with a Sparkling Sunday Brunch on May 01, from 10 am – 2 pm. Geordie’s Restaurant and Lounge is known throughout the valley to offer one of the most extravagant Sunday Brunches and in celebrations of wines, this will feature sparkling wines from Italy, France, and Spain. $98pp.
