Roaring Fork in Scottsdale will be celebrating the Easter holiday on Sunday, April 17^th beginning at 11:00am.  Executive Chef, Israel Medina will be serving specialty items in addition to wood-fired favorites including:

• Salmon Rillette served with Cold Smoked Scottish Salmon, Creole Remoulade, and Buttered Crostini
• Muscles & Chorizo with Tomato, Garlic, White Wine, & Grilled Toast Points
• Fish Tacos served on Corn Tortillas with Cherry Pepper Slaw, Guacamole, Salsa, & Cowboy Beans
• Filet Mignon, hand cut in house, 8 oz center cut steak served with caramelized shallot butter
• Crispy Chicken Bites served Spicy or Not Spicy with Ranch, and Sweet Chili Yogurt
• Steak Tenderloin Salad with Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Blue Cheese, Candied Walnuts Mushrooms, Balsamic, & Creamy Horseradish Dressing
• Spit Roasted Half Chicken served with Cornbread Sausage Stuffing, Roasted Green Beans, & Lemon Garlic Jus
