Description
Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse locations are celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday with to-go packages that allow families and loved ones to enjoy a Liberty Station-style feast in the comfort of their own homes. Menu includes the following:
1/2 Pound Sliced Smoked Turkey
Mac and Cheese
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Chef’s Stuffing
Green Beans
Cranberry Sauce
Housestyle Gravy
House Bread
Pumpkin or Apple Pie
Thanksgiving to-go packages are $32 per person (plus tax); BBQ orders are also available for takeout at both locations. Quantities are limited and preorders must be received by Saturday, November 20. Scheduled pickup times will be arranged upon order — between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24 and between 11:00 a.m. and noon on Thursday, November 25. Orders can be placed by calling respective locations — Terravita: 480-595-9930 and DC Ranch: 480-278-7044.
On Thursday, November 25, Liberty Station’s DC Ranch location welcomes Thanksgiving dine-in guests beginning at 11:00 a.m. with the last seating at 5:00 p.m. The restaurant features a special holiday three-course menu for $45 plus tax and gratuity; a la carte pricing is also available and noted below:
Appetizer ($10 each a la carte), choice of:
Liberty Salad
Classic Caesar Salad
New England Clam Chowder
Butternut Squash Bisque
Entrée ($25 each a la carte), choice of:
Traditional Turkey Dinner featuring sliced smoked turkey, green beans, chef’s stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy
Texas Brisket or Carolina Pork Shoulder with choice of two of the following sides — green beans, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw and cornbread
Dessert ($10 each a la carte), choice of:
Apple Pie
Pumpkin Pie
Chocolate Cake
In addition to the holiday three-course menu on Thanksgiving Day, Liberty Station DC Ranch will also feature a limited selection of regular menu favorites such as Green Chile Pork Stew, Firecracker Shrimp, Smoked Chicken Wings, Deviled Eggs and Tavern Tots.
