Trapp Haus BBQ is heatin’ things up this holiday season with a smokin’ Thanksgiving meal packages designed to feed the whole family! Pre-orders begin Monday, November 1. As a special touch, Trapp Haus BBQ Pitmaster and Owner Phil “The Grill” Johnson will be personally handing out pick-up orders this year.

Trapp Haus smoked Thanksgiving meats include:

Hickory Smoked Turkey — Plump, big-breasted birds are delicately cured and slow smoked with real hickory wood chips. Never dry, always moist, and with just a hint of that smoky aroma, this classic is the star of any Thanksgiving feast, $80

Cajun Fried Turkey — A Louisiana tradition, this Cajun Fried Turkey starts with a hand-selected premium turkey. First infused with a delicious Cajun marinade, it’s hand-rubbed with a unique blend of Cajun seasonings to give it a kick of spice. Then it’s marinated overnight to ensure each bite is juicy and fried in peanut oil to seal in the flavor. Unique and delicious and sure to please every Thanksgiving guest! Each fried turkey is between nine and 11 pounds and generously feeds up to 12 people.

Whole Hickory Smoked PRIME Brisket — Expertly seasoned and smoked, this is a Trapp Haus best seller, famous for its beefy flavor and tender bite. Trapp Haus uses hand-cracked pepper and signature spices to impart a rich, savory undertone that mingles with the brisket's smoky edges, delivering a savory one-of-a-kind taste experience, $165

Sides are packaged in half trays; meals feed between eight and 12 guests. Turkey meal packages are $250; Whole Brisket meal packages are $300.

Quantities are limited and sell out quickly! Orders must be received by Monday, November 22. Pick-ups are between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24 and between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 25

Trapp Haus will be closed Friday, November 26 and resume usual business hours Saturday, November 27. Hours are Sunday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
