Class is in session. Join us on Saturday, August 17 for “The Classic Cocktails that Everyone Should Master,” including martinis, manhattans, old fashioneds and daiquiris at Hearth '61 as we take you on a journey through the wonderful world of spirits.
Our talented beverage experts will guide you through a tasting seminar and history lesson worth savoring. The seminar is 30 to 45 minutes, with extra time for you to stick around and savor the knowledge gained (and the spirits poured).
Our collection of events will suit every taste bud, whether you fancy wine, beer or craft cocktails. The seminar is complimentary for overnight resort guests, with tickets also available for purchase.
