Dignity Health HOMeVP (Health and Housing of Medically Vulnerable People Committee), Vitalyst, and the Arizona Housing Coalition invite you to attend the Phoenix Mayoral Candidate Forum on Health, Housing & Homelessness.

Please join us to learn how Phoenix Mayoral Candidate Kate Gallego and Daniel Valenzuela, who will appear on the Phoenix Mayoral run-off special election in March 2019, respond to questions addressing issues of housing, homelessness and healthcare in our city.

All are invited.  We ask that you RSVP for planning purposes and when doing so, please indicate if you will need ASL or Spanish translation services.
