Events: Arizona - Phoenix - Scottsdale

The public is invited to an event every first Sunday through May in the historic Sarah H. Pemberton House, located in the heart of the Roosevelt Row Arts District in Downtown Phoenix. The event is presented by True North Studio and curated by local restauranteur, Grace Unger of the Tuck Shop.  

The first will be this Sunday, Jan. 6, from 3 to 7 p.m. The Pemberton House is located at 1121 N. 2nd Street in Downtown Phoenix. Upon arrival, enjoy classic cocktails provided by Remy Martin, and as the night falls and the grounds illuminate, sip Taittinger champagne and savor passed hors d'oeuvres as you listen to 1930s jazz. A portion of ticket sales will go to One Community Foundation. One Community is committed to reshaping Arizona’s image through educating, empowering and connecting the diverse LGBTQ and allied communities on the benefits of inclusion and its direct impact on attracting and retaining top talent and businesses.

The Garden Party series will happen the first Sunday of every month from now through May. Recently renovated by True North Studio, the historic Pemberton House was built in 1920 by Sarah Pemberton. The house is listed in the Phoenix Historic Property Register. The prairie-style house is one of the few remaining in the Valley.
