Hearth ’61 at Mountain Shadows is open on Christmas Day. Enjoy the seasonal breakfast menu from 6 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., or savor the special prix fixe holiday menu from noon to 9:30 p.m., with a choice of starter, salad, entrée and dessert. Features include roasted butterkin squash soup, lobster shrimp cake, lamb with chorizo bread pudding, short rib with braised rainbow chard, and brown butter apple tart with vanilla ice cream.

The special menu is $79 per person or $21 for children 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made at 480.624.5400.
