At Artz on the Move our mission is to build social awareness and self-esteem in children through the practice of social dance, music and art. Our ballroom dance program helps elementary age children the opportunity to gain respect for themselves and others by providing a curriculum that builds self-confidence and life management skills. We believe that through this instruction, our organization can help improve the climate of school communities across the Phoenix Valley, while building confidence in students, breaking down social barriers, and inspiring respect for all individuals. Since our inception in 2011, we have brought the program to over 300 children, many in Title 1 schools.

Our annual Mad Hot Salsa fundraiser features the children of Artz on the Move who will perform to show off their ballroom dance skills.

A silent auction and cash bar will be available to guests. We will also have a professional salsa dancer teach guests a few steps.

$25/person or $30 at the door will include a selection of hors d'oeuvres.

All proceeds will benefit Artz on the move, a 501c3 nonprofit.
