Meat & Potatoes of the German String Quartet: A Guided Exploration of Germany’s String Quartet Tradition

We invite you to an evening of classical music with some of the Valley’s finest string musicians while exploring Germany’s string quartet tradition with our “Listening Guide.”

Bring your casual clothes, an appetite and a fun attitude for a night of MUSICAL EXPLORATION. Our “Listening Guide” will make you think, feel and laugh with music by Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven and Brahms.

The program consists of approximately 45 minutes of music with breaks between musical works for dialogue between the “Listening Guide,” musicians, and YOU, the audience.

Haydn: String Quartet No. 30 in E-flat Major (“The Joke”)
