Act One & Practical Art Community Craft Night, September 12 – Held at Practical Art, attendees can shop the gallery, gather and enjoy the work of artist Jordan Thomas at a wine and cheese mixer on September 12 from 6pm-8pm. Act One, Arizona’s leading charitable organization in providing access to the arts for Title 1 school students, is hosting the event alongside Practical Art in celebration of the 8th annual National Arts in Education Week. Thomas’ alcohol ink abstracts will be available for viewing and purchase. Tickets are $15 per person. Act One will receive $5 of the ticket price and 10% of sales during the event. Designated proceeds will be used to provide arts field trips for Title 1 school students K-12 in Arizona. Practical Art is located at 5070 N. Central Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85012.
