Description
On Saturday, August 4, 2018, Match Chef Alex Stratta lightens things up with his cooking class that focuses on summer fruit recipes. Participants will enjoy a welcome cocktail and then learn how to make a three-course light and fruity meal including:
Chilled Cantaloupe Soup with fennel, sweet crab, and tarragon
Roasted Halibut with tropical fruits and citrus-chili vinaigrette
Spice-Roasted Peach with vanilla gelato
