Sonoita Vineyards, located at 290 Elgin-Canelo Road, is the grounds for this summer’s 2018 HarvestFest. On Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., guests can enjoy an entire day dedicated to the vineyard’s annual celebration of the harvest.

Lori Reynolds, winemaker of Sonoita Vineyards, says, “We’re so excited to host another fabulous HarvestFest! It’s another chance to show attendees that truly amazing wines can come out of Arizona soil.”

The event includes wine tastings with commemorative wine glass, a souvenir giveaway to the first 100 attendees, food and wine pairings, two winemaker-led winery tours (at 11:00 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.), vineyard tours by wagon throughout the event and more. Participants that wish to join in on the grape stopping, which begins at 1:00 p.m., must pre-register upon arrival. Meals may be purchased onsite from local restaurants.

General admissions tickets are $25 (pre-admission, with limited availability of just 250) and $30 at the door.  Fifty VIP packages are available for $85 per person and include the general admission offerings as well as access to a private climate-controlled room with balcony, VIP restroom, private bar, exclusive VIP souvenir giveaway, afterhours party from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. with afterhours winery and vineyard tours, VIP parking and lunch voucher to enjoy a meal from The Steak Out or Luke’s Pizza.

One of three annual events at Sonoita Vineyards, HarvestFest 2018 is followed by the 18th Annual St. Martin’s Sonoita AVA New Release Festival on Saturday, November 10, 2018, which features all Sonoita AVA Wineries, and the 41st Annual Blessing of Sonoita Vineyards, which is scheduled for April 6 of next year.
