Etiquette Workshop for Adults

Do you feel uncomfortable meeting someone for the first time because you don’t know how to carry on a conversation? When dining out, are you unsure as to what fork to pick up first or which water glass you should use? Professional etiquette instructor, SueAnn Brown, will offer a helpful, four-hour workshop called “Everyday Etiquette for Adults” designed to teach adults who possess the desire to polish their personal image, feel more confident in social situations, and enhance their style for personal and professional success.

Topics will include: Making a positive first impression, shaking hands and eye contact, appropriate attire, grooming and image, remembering names, how to mingle at social gatherings, how to make small talk, dining skills and table manners, cell phone etiquette, positive and negative body language, and more. The four-hour workshop will be held on Saturday, April 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church.

Cost is $275 per person and includes lunch and a workbook. Advanced registration is required. St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church is located at 10755 N. 124 St., Scottsdale. For more information or to register, call (480) 510-6346 or visit www.itsallaboutetiquette.com
