On Valentine’s Day, Sonata’s Restaurant invites couples to indulge in a decadent four-course tasting menu artfully crafted by Executive Chef Vincent Contreras.

Complimentary with each course includes a perfectly paired wine or “Cupid’s Cocktail” tasting. A romantic and relaxing atmosphere with décor and live entertainment are designed to set the stage for love at Sonata’s Restaurant. Menu items include:

1^st Course: Cream of Asparagus with crostino, tomato chutney and crema

2^nd Course: Foie Gras Agnolotti with beet paint, candied yam, and foie gras “snow” or Maine Lobster Roll with lemon caviar aioli, “potato chips,” and petite salad

3^rd Course: Wagyu Beef Strip Loin with king trumpet mushroom, charred shishito peppers, and glace deviande sauce or Chilean Sea Bass with saffron chorizo risotto, sea beans and basil oil

4^th Course – “Chocolate Decadence”: Warm chocolate cake, chocolate pencil and chocolate ice cream with espresso-chocolate sauce

Sonata’s Restaurant features globally eclectic modern European cuisine complemented by handcrafted specialty cocktails and a full bar. Sonata’s offers live entertainment on weekend evenings and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
