Congregational Health Program Development in Faith Communities. Please join us at one of these FREE informational sessions:
- Tuesday, February 13, 10 - 11:30 a.m. at Duet: 10000 N. 31st Avenue, Suite D200, Phoenix, AZ 85051
- Thursday, February 15, 4:30 - 6 p.m. at Madison Baptist Church: 6202 N. 12th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014
We will discuss: • What a faith community nurse does and what their role is in the congregation. • How faith community nurses work in partnership with other health and wellness programs in the congregation. • Recommendations for beginning and maintaining a nurse or lay led congregational health program. • The ongoing support Duet provides to help a health program flourish.
