Duet Creative Expression Workshop for Family Caregivers
Creative expression has been shown to improve overall well-being for family caregivers, experiencing high levels of stress. To help you along your caregiving journey, Duet is offering a free, three-hour workshop to help connect you to your creative side. Enjoy fun hands-on creative engagement emphasizing collaborative shared discovery and learning facilitated by Tessa Windt, AZ Creative Aging Master Teaching Artist, and Artist-in-Residence for the Phoenix Art Museum's Arts Engagement Program.
Complimentary lunch will be provided for all attendees. Free on-site adult day care for loved ones will be available for the duration of the event, provided by Beatitudes at Home. No experience is necessary and all are welcome. Please join us!
