Roaring Fork will be hosting a romantic evening for couples on Wednesday, February 14^th in honor of Valentine’s Day beginning at 4:00pm. The talented Executive Chef, Scott Mortensen, will be offering a specialty Lobster and Steak combination in addition to their regular menu featuring signature Wood Fired Steaks, Rainbow Trout, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Cedar Planked Salmon, Sugar Cured Duck Breast, and the Double Cut Pork Chop.
