Sunday, February 4^th celebrate Super Bowl 52 at two of the Valley’s most popular restaurants, Roaring Fork and Salty Sow!  This evening only, both restaurants will be offering their popular, “Dinner On Us” (buy one entree, get one free) beginning at 4:00 p.m. Salty Sow will be serving signature, farm-fresh entrees including:

· CRISP CHICKEN THIGHS with fried, smashed potato and neck bone gravy

· BLACKENED SALMON FILET served with  black-eyed pea salad and lemon butter sauce

· BACON BUTTER STACK PORK CHOP with sweet potato mash, green beans, chimichurri, and whole grain mustard jus

· SUNBRU BEER BATTERED FISH AND CHIPS served with cole slaw, duck fat fries, and house made tartar sauce

Beginning at 4:00pm, Roaring Fork will be serving signature “wood fired” favorites including:

· BIG ASS BURGER served with Poblano Pepper, Cheddar, Smoked Pepper Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Pickles, and French Fries

· SUGAR CURED DUCK BREAST served with Onion Jam, Sour Cherry Mustard, and Little Cabbages

· SPIT ROASTED HALF CHICKEN with Green Beans, Corn Bread Stuffing, and Roasted Garlic Jus

· BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS served with Horseradish Mashed Potatoes, & Tomato Jam
