Maracay Homes is celebrating the grand opening of its latest residential community, Enclave at The Meadows, on Saturday, Sept. 9.

Located in Peoria’s fast-growing, vibrant northern (NoPoAZ) region, Enclave at The Meadows is a collection of 126 premium home sites and is Maracay’s only neighborhood at the master-planned community offering two-story homes, in addition to single-level options.

In celebration of the grand opening, Maracay is hosting a neighborhood gathering at The Meadows from noon - 3 p.m., featuring a barbeque lunch with dessert and refreshments. Potential homebuyers are encouraged to attend the event, where they will have a chance to meet Maracay’s New Home Advisors, tour the new, beautifully appointed model homes and learn about all of the neighborhood amenities.

In this third and final piece of Maracay’s popular 472-homesite trilogy of neighborhoods at The Meadows, two new model homes and a selection of five new, distinct FlexDesign® floor plans ranging from 2,482 to 4,586 square feet, are available.

Homesites at Enclave, while slightly more compact than Maracay’s other two neighborhoods at The Meadows, are comfortably sized at about 8,000 square feet, offering plenty of elbowroom between homes and enough space for an 8- or 10-foot side yard gate. The all-natural-gas community also features kitchens with G.E. stainless steel appliances, granite slab countertops, 36-inch upper kitchen cabinets, 18-inch tile and much more, depending on the plan.
