Tanzy’s three-course prix-fixe dinner is $44 per person, and celebrate spring with an additional wine pairing with Argentinian, American and European flair for $20 per person. Enjoy the Tanzy Trio appetizer for the first course. A Tuscan Kale Salad, Quattro Formaggio Arancini and Spring Italian Gazpacho to start off this modern Italian cuisine dining experience. Let the good times start with Spring Bubbles – La Marca Prosecco or Pinont Grigio, Ruffino, Delle Venezie IGT, Italy, 2014 to pair with this course. Second course includes your choice between The Pork Loin a la Milanese with a Pinot Noir, Meiomi, California, 2014. The Sea Diver Scallops, paired with a glass of Alamos Chardonnay. Or the Braised Beef Short Rib, with Chianti Classico Di Volpaia, Tuscany, Italy, 2013. Make sure you save room for dessert because you will want to taste the Tanzy Duo.
