Events: Arizona - Phoenix - Scottsdale

On Saturday, April 8, F45, a HIIT fitness studio with locations nationwide, will welcome new members and visitors to its first Arizona location with a grand opening event, located at 8763 East Bell Road in Scottsdale.

From 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., the studio will be offering free classes, as well the opportunity to sign up for discounted packages on memberships and more than 10k in giveaways. These classes are welcome to anyone looking for a good work out, whether they’re new to fitness or a seasoned professional.

Founded in Australia in 2012, F45 had a clear goal: create a group-training studio with the most effective workout routine, and make it accessible to the masses. Each class taught at F45 studios is a 45-minute high-intensity circuit workout, created from a database of over 3,000 moves, and no two days are the same. Celebrities that have trained with F45 include Joel Madden, Ricky Martin, and Hugh Jackman.
