Drink a glass of water before every meal. 

Over half of the human body is made of water and it is important to replenish it, especially when living in the Arizona heat. By drinking a glass of water before every meal, you increase your daily water intake meanwhile you are controlling your caloric intake. Add cucumber to freshen the taste!

Move your body daily.  

No, you do not need to workout everyday—unless you want to. The human body was made to move and it is important that we lightly stretch or walk at least 30 minutes everyday to help the body perform it’s daily functions at their optimal levels. It will help your overall health.

Create a vision and small goals. 

A vision for your life is important. If you wish to be the world’s best swimmer, that’s great. Now it is time to create a timeline and a set of miniature goals to aid your grand vision. For example, perhaps you need to increase your freestyle time by 10 seconds in order to make that happen. Therefore, you make goals to loose a couple pounds by following a strict diet and practice constantly and improving your speed by 1 second every week. The smaller goals will add up to your bigger goals. Be realistic, work hard, and give it time.

Fix your passwords.

In today’s digitally consumed world, we are slaves to our screens. We have a countless number of passwords and we type them in every day, which means we say them to ourselves mentally. Make your passwords a combination of words, a mantra, or a goal. For example, Progressoverperfection2019 is a wonderful password!
