The Cove Trattoria is a contemporary Italian restaurant that offers flavorful cuisine and elegant style. Pizza chef, Vinny Monica, along with his son, Daryl Monica, together have family-owned the sophisticated restaurant for more than 10 years.
This holiday season, The Cove is offering festive dishes that are enriched with seasonal flavors. Each weekend through December, chefs are creating three special dishes in celebration of the season. One new creation is their hand-tossed three-mushroom pizza, made with a mix of portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms, and boasts a sweet taste that comes from the topping of fontina cheese and caramelized onions. If you are looking for a mix of meat in your dinner, the parpadelle pasta (pictured) is the way to go. Sweet Italian sausage adds a mellow spicy flavor among the wide ribbon noodles.
