On Monday, March 17, Paul Martin’s American Grill is set to open at the Borgata of Scottsdale. This concept, co-founded by Paul Fleming (the man behind PF Chang’s), features a seasonal menu of classic American dishes (pictured) prepared in a “scratch” kitchen.
Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar at Scottsdale Quarter has launched its Fish Friday program that provides guests with a variety of fresh new seafood options. Through April, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar will prepare special fish dishes on Friday in addition to its regular menu.
Next Thursday, March 20, Relish Burger Bistro at The Phoenician and Four Peaks Brewing Company present an evening of signature American classics and specialty sips, as they once again partner for resort’s annual Brew Fest. The menu will include barbecue Kobe beef sliders, fried pickles and Sonoran hot wings, paired with 11 select Four Peaks beers, including its 8th Street English Ale, Weizenbock Collaboration Brew, and a surprise limited release. Chef Michael Rusconi will showcase three spring recipes (starter, entrée and dessert) during Rusconi’s Culinary Kitchen Cooking Class this Saturday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is $65 to take part in the event and includes instruction, recipes and a three-course lunch ($12 supplement for wine pairings). On Saturday, March 15, The Arizona Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation presents Wine & 65 Roses Gala. The event will be an evening of food, wine and entertainment at Montelucia Resort & Spa. The gala features a four-course seated meal, with wine pairings, prepared by the chefs of the Montelucia’s award-winning Prado restaurant. Live music and live and silent auctions are also planned.
