“The secret to the success of sneakybird, spelled with all lowercase letters by design to underscore our sneaky goodness, is the combination of a specially designed oven and innovative breading recipe that together combine to give the crunch and flavor of fried chicken,” Founder Dan Chaon said.

In addition to the brand’s signature oven-grilled chicken sandwiches, wraps, tenders, and wings complemented by tater tots, coleslaw, and fresh chilled veggies, sneakybird’s Queen Creek outpost also boasts sliders – a new offering to the menu.

“We are utilizing our perfectly crunchy, juicy tenders as the base for the new offerings, pairing them with a smaller version of our soft brioche bread and the guests’ choice of several spectacular dry rubs and sauces, resulting in several dozen flavor combinations, many of which are gluten-free,” Chaon said.

Guests will be able to choose from a menu of sauces and dry rubs including Brutus, a rich, buttery, creamy parmesan; Fool’s Gold, a mix of sweet golden mustard and smokey barbecue; Sneaky, sneakybird’s signature buffalo style sauce; SoKo, a bold Asian twist of sweet meeting heat creating a smooth tangy taste; and more.

The sliders may also be ordered “naked,” which means they are oven-grilled breadless with their signature seasoning blend of salt, pepper, and garlic dry rub. The new restaurant will also include Camp sneaky, sneakybird’s community giving arm that’s focused on supporting education at all levels.

“Through Camp sneaky, we will work with schools, teachers, students, and parents on fundraising programs to create meaningful change, ensuring our brand stands for more than just the world’s best chicken,” Chaon said.

For groups seeking a fundraising partner, Camp Sneaky will arrange fundraising nights near its four Arizona stores. A portion of the proceeds will be donated directly back to the organization, and the marketing team will provide collateral and social media support. For more, visit sneakybird.com.
