Pita Jungle is giving guests a fresh reason to visit with the debut of its Mediterranean Mosaic menu, a collection of globally inspired dishes that embraces the flavors and ingredients associated with some of the world’s healthiest and longest-lived populations.

The limited-time menu is built around the principles of the Mediterranean lifestyle, showcasing vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, beans, olive oil, herbs and seasonal ingredients. Like the intricate pieces of a mosaic, each dish combines colorful flavors and textures to create meals that are nourishing and satisfying.
Seafood lovers can start with the Mediterranean Ceviche, featuring Mexican wild shrimp tossed with citrus, avocado, Persian cucumber, tomato, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro and extra virgin olive oil. The dish is served with homemade tortilla chips and finished with golden raisins for a touch of sweetness.

Another new appetizer making its debut is the Wood-Fired Jumbo Chicken Wings. Cooked over an open flame and served with a choice of finishing sauce, ranch dressing and green onions, the wings offer a smoky twist. Fresh produce takes center stage in the Garden of the “Centenarians,” a chopped salad inspired by the nutrient-rich diets of communities known for exceptional longevity.
Guests looking for hearty entrées will find several new options, including the Mediterranean Green Bean Fried Rice, made with turmeric brown rice stir-fried with green beans, corn, carrots and garlic before being finished with butter, soy ponzu, green onions and Aleppo pepper.

The Sonoran Riviera Seafood Pasta offers another flavorful choice, pairing Mexican wild shrimp and barramundi with lemon juice, mint, basil and tomato sugo. Diners can enjoy the dish over traditional pasta or substitute turmeric brown rice for a gluten-friendly alternative.
For something a little heartier, Pita Jungle has introduced its 6-Way Chili, a Kafta-spiced beef chili prepared with Roman beans, guajillo peppers, cheddar cheese, pine nuts and fresh herbs.

In addition to the new menu items, guests can still take advantage of the restaurant’s popular Inflation Busters value menu. Several fan favorites remain available for just $3, including the Wood-Fired Cauliflower Taco, Shawarma Toum Chicken Taco, Skinny Toum Chicken Wrap and Falafel Skinny. The new Lick of Hummus joins the lineup for just $2, making it easy to sample Mediterranean flavors without stretching the budget.
Pita Jungle is introducing Mediterranean Milk Pudding, also known as Muhallebieh, which is a chilled dessert infused with orange blossom water and pure Gahara vanilla topped with wildflower honey, fresh strawberries, mint, chia seeds and almonds for a light, refreshing ending.
