The family-friendly restaurant, etta, is opening a brand new location on April 6 at Scottsdale Quarter.

Led by the hospitality group What If Syndicate, the decision was made following the ongoing success of their popular Scottsdale steakhouse Maple & Ash.

The new location will be at 15301 N. Scottsdale Road where the restaurant BRIO was formerly located. With 8 thousand square feet of single-story space, guests can enjoy their meals on the outdoor patio in the Arizona spring weather or indoors surrounded by lush green foliage and other garden-inspired designs.

etta offers classy yet affordable dining with a menu selection of seasonal rustic dishes led by two-time Michelin-starred Chef and Partner Danny Grant. The restaurant provides a unique and homey atmosphere with its wood-burning brick oven and giant wood-fired hearth that allows guests to experience the making of their food.

As Scottsdale Quarter puts it: “Just as the kitchen is the focal point of interaction within a home, etta’s open kitchen design gives guests that same intimate experience.”

All of etta’s food and drinks are made with top-quality ingredients by a team of expert culinary staff. Some of the well-known items on the menu include wood-fired pizzas and focaccia, along with house-made pasta and salads. etta also offers gluten-free and vegan menu options and can modify certain dishes to meet the needs of guests with other dietary restrictions.

etta’s Scottsdale location will open for dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The neighborhood restaurant is perfect for a family outing and even opens its patio to dogs.Reservations are now being accepted online for the April 6grand opening.
