Located at the Grass Clippings Rolling Hills golf course in Tempe, Glenrosa has become a destination for food lovers and golfers since opening, thanks to its expansive hacienda-style design, wood-fired menu, and sweeping views of the illuminated par-three course and nearby Papago Buttes.

The anniversary event will feature a full slate of immersive experiences showcasing the restaurant’s signature style. Guests can expect interactive food stations, a signature anniversary cocktail, a beer burro, live mariachi music, merchandise, a customized photo booth, and raffle prizes throughout the evening. Tickets are priced at $74 per person and are available through the restaurant’s website.

At the heart of Glenrosa’s appeal is its live-fire kitchen, which focuses on wood-fired entrées such as center-cut filets, salmon, grilled chicken, Mediterranean branzino, and bone-in ribeye. Dishes are served family-style alongside seasonal vegetables, tortillas, rice, and beans, reflecting the restaurant’s Sonoran-inspired approach to shared dining.

The beverage program complements the menu with a selection of wines, beers, and cocktails made with fresh ingredients and house-made mixers. Signature drinks include the Marigold Margarita with Sonoran Sun juice and a Tajín rim, the Papago Pomegranate Paloma, and the Grassy Palmer, made with SanTan’s sweet peach bourbon, lemonade, and iced tea.

Glenrosa’s combination of open-air ambiance, live-fire cooking, and scenic golf course views has helped it carve out an identity in Tempe’s dining scene. The upcoming anniversary celebration reflects that same spirit. Learn more at glenrosarestaurant.com.
