“Dahlia was built to feel intimate, warm and a little transportive,” owner Audrey Corley said. “We wanted people to walk in, settle in and feel like they could really slow down for a while. It’s about sharing food, having a beautiful drink, connecting with the people at your table and feeling like you’ve stepped into someplace romantic and memorable, even if it’s just for a few hours.”
The restaurant recently earned national recognition when it landed at No. 79 on Yelp’s Top 100 Date Night Restaurants for 2025, an honor Corley said reflects the team’s commitment to ambiance, attentive service and carefully crafted food and drinks.
Dahlia is now offering private events and catering that bring its shareable menu and welcoming hospitality to celebrations throughout the Valley. The restaurant is also expanding its presence in the wedding space, creating memorable dining experiences for couples looking for something more intimate and unexpected than traditional banquet fare.
