Mark-Taylor Residential is expanding its presence in the Southeast Valley with EVR Bella Vista, a 172-home, single-story rental neighborhood in San Tan Valley.
Owned by El Dorado Holdings and managed by Mark-Taylor, the 17-acre community is designed to combine some of the space and privacy associated with single-family homes with the flexibility and professional management of a rental community.
EVR Bella Vista is the third EVR community to join Mark-Taylor’s portfolio. Since opening earlier this year, the community has reached approximately 50 percent occupancy.
“EVR Bella Vista reflects where renter expectations are headed: More space, greater privacy and added flexibility without sacrificing service,” Associate Managing Director Julie Krentz said.
Located on Schnepf Road, the community includes one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, each with a private backyard. Residences feature oversized kitchen islands, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, smart-home technology, full-size washers and dryers, hardwood-style flooring and walk-in closets.
The neighborhood also includes a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center and yoga studio, clubhouse, gathering spaces, community garden and dog park.
