Birdcall, the quick service restaurant offering elevated and experiential chicken sandwiches, salads and tenders across Arizona, Colorado and Texas, is expanding its presence in Arizona with a new Phoenix location.

Following the success of its initial Scottsdale outpost on Shea Blvd., which opened in May 2022, Birdcall is bringing its unique and experiential dining concept to even more Valley residents with a second restaurant now open in Phoenix and a third restaurant in Gilbert set to open in San Tan Village this fall.

“We are excited to introduce Birdcall to the dynamic city of Phoenix, following the success of our first Arizona restaurant in Scottsdale,” says Birdcall CEO Mark Lohmann. “The opening of this second location reflects the remarkable support we’ve garnered from our local communities. We have been committed to delivering unparalleled hospitality and exceptional quality since our inception in 2016.”

Located at 7th St. and Glendale, the 2,779-square-foot Phoenix restaurant showcases a rustic desert-inspired exterior and a cozy indoor dining room, where guests can enjoy a selection of Bircall’s beloved all-natural chicken and made-to-order meals. To complement the dining experience, Birdcall serves organic Tractor sodas and organic Teatulia teas, furthering its commitment to quality and sustainability.

The restaurant also offers bar seating for adult guests with six taps featuring local Arizona beers and Birdcall’s signature hand-crafted margaritas available both on the rocks and frozen, as well as a spacious outdoor patio with misters, two floor-to-ceiling garage doors and a vibrant exterior mural by Lindee Zimmer.

The Phoenix location offers drive-thru and digital order pickup using Birdcall’s proprietary technology that streamlines guest ordering both online and in-store. Customers can order ahead online and grab their food at one of 15 designated bays for efficient in-store meal pick up.

As part of its commitment to give back to the communities in which it operates, Birdcall has partnered with the local community to donate meals and funds to Phoenix schools, including Orangewood Elementary and Meadows Middle School, as well as local non-profit organizations, including Boys & Girls Club of the Valley and Upward AZ, with more partnerships planned in the coming months.

Additionally, Birdcall recently launched featured chicken sandwiches offered for a limited-time each month. Starting the first Wednesday of every month, Birdcall will donate $1 to a local non-profit or community partner for every featured sandwich sold. This month, Birdcall presents the Bees Knees Chicken Sandwich in collaboration with Mike’s Hot Honey® that is available now through October 3 and supports The Bee Conservancy.

The Birdcall Phoenix restaurant is now open for lunch and dinner seven days a week from 11a.m. to 10 p.m. For more information, visit eatbirdcall.com.
