The West Valley is about to get a lot more delicious. Flower Child, the Arizona-born favorite known for its upbeat vibe and health-forward menu, is expanding with three new locations planned for Peoria, Goodyear, and Surprise. For longtime fans in those communities, it’s a long-awaited arrival.
The first two openings are already on the horizon. Flower Child Peoria will debut at The Trailhead on West Happy Valley Road, while Flower Child Goodyear is set to open at GSQ, with both expected to welcome guests later this year. A third location in Surprise, at Village at Prasada, is slated for late 2027.

“Interest in Flower Child across the West Valley has been building for a long time,” said Dave Luz, divisional vice president of operations. “We’ve been waiting for the right mix of locations to come together, and this gives us the chance to grow in a way that feels true to the brand and the communities there.”

The concept started here in Phoenix more than a decade ago. Since then, Flower Child has expanded to more than 40 locations nationwide, all centered around its signature “Healthy Food for a Happy World” philosophy. It’s a place where eating is colorful, craveable, and designed to meet people wherever they are, whether that’s vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or somewhere in between.

Dishes strike a balance between nourishing and indulgent, with options like the fan-favorite Mother Earth Bowl layered with ancient grains, sweet potato, avocado, and bright, bold flavors. Comfort classics also make an appearance, from creamy Gluten-Free Mac & Cheese to hearty Chicken Enchiladas and the indulgent Rebel “French Dip.” Even the salads, like the Brussels Sprouts & Organic Kale Salad tossed with fruit, cheese, and smoky crunch, feel anything but ordinary.

Beyond the food, the experience plays a starring role. Each location is designed to feel open, welcoming, and joyful, making it just as suited for a casual lunch as it is for a laid-back dinner with friends.
