Hotel Valley Ho Cafe ZuZu is dishing up a prix fixe menu including either potato leek soup or bibb lettuce, radicchio and haricot vert salad for the first course; slow-roasted Red Bird Farms turkey for the second course; and either egg nog cheesecake or apple cobbler for the third course. NOCA The Phoenix restaurant will celebrate the holiday with The Feast of the Seven Fishes menu, taking its cue from the festa dei sette pesci. The Italian-American feast that typically consists of seven different seafood dishes is celebrated on Christmas Eve. Ko’Sin The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa restaurant is hosting a special prix-fixe, four-course Christmas meal on the evening of Saturday, Dec. 25. BLT Steak On Christmas Day, the Scottsdale restaurant at Camelback Inn will spotlight a special Blackboard menu that includes Nantucket Bay scallops and roasted Christmas goose with a sage-mushroom bread pudding and cranberry relish. Arizona Biltmore Frank & Albert’s and Wright’s at The Biltmore are both offering special holiday menus on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Frank & Albert’s three-course menu will highlight spiced leg of lamb and white chocolate-cranberry bread pudding while brown sugar-pork loin and Colorado lamb are on the five-course Wright’s lineup. Lon’s at The Hermosa Inn Smoked Cedar River prime rib, prosciutto-wrapped veal loin, cardamom-crusted Colorado lamb chops or roasted organic Irish salmon will all be on the holiday menu at the Paradise Valley resort restaurant.
