Fall in the Valley means patio tables, long lunches and “one more round.” As temperatures begin to drop, social calendars start to fill, and Kaufman Hospitality is ready for the season with Thanksgiving celebrations, tacos and margaritas, new drink collaborations and cocktails tucked behind a bookshelf.
“Fall is when everyone starts making plans again,” says founder Tom Kaufman. “Friends get together, families start talking about the holidays, and companies begin planning their celebrations. We want to make it easy for people to come in, relax, and enjoy the time together.”
At The Living Room in DC Ranch, the return of patio season is reason enough to celebrate. At 6 p.m. October 18, the restaurant will host its Season Kick Off Party, celebrating the return of Arizona’s cooler months. Guests can expect wine stations, special beverage promotions, giveaways and a performance by Dirty Yachtin’ Scoundrels around 7:30 p.m.

Just beyond The Living Room, The Peacock offers a moodier counterpart. Hidden behind a bookshelf, the speakeasy trades bright afternoons for low light, crafted cocktails and a little mystery. Guests can stop in after dinner, start the evening there or let it become the plan.
At CHoP Chandler, fall arrives with the confidence of a great steakhouse. Thanksgiving gives guests a chance to skip the prep work and settle in for a meal instead. Mini Martinis add a playful touch to the season, while holiday-party bookings are now open for family gatherings, corporate celebrations and groups looking to trade the conference room for a night out.
At Elvira’s at DC Ranch, Taco Tuesday is becoming a weekly ritual. Two tacos and a margarita are $15, while the $18 taco trio flight allows guests to mix and match shrimp, crispy halibut, prime flank steak and chicken. New birria and cuitlacoche mushroom tacos bring deeper flavors to the lineup.

Margarita flights make another strong case for lingering, with three pours available for $26 on the regular menu and $18 during happy hour. As evenings cool, Elvira’s Sunset Social brings the party back to the patio for happy hour, where cocktails and conversation pair nicely with the weather.
Over at Tomu-San Sushi, the fall menu offers plenty of reasons to claim a patio table. The Scottsdale restaurant features an extensive sake selection, happy-hour sake flights, fresh nigiri and sashimi, shareable starters and signature rolls that go beyond the usual spicy tuna.

The TFK combines Miyazaki wagyu, lobster, crispy asparagus and truffle oil, while the Lollipop Roll wraps tuna, salmon, hamachi and lobster in cucumber. Sizzling truffle kanpachi, spicy salmon crispy rice and rock shrimp tempura bring even more variety to the table. The full menu is also available for takeout, making sushi night an option at home, too. Guests picking up an order will receive a flyer for one complimentary appetizer on their next visit.
From steakhouse traditions to new drink collaborations, Kaufman Hospitality’s fall lineup makes the case for dining out as more than just a meal. It is a chance to dress up, catch up and stay awhile as the Valley settles into its favorite time of year. Learn more: kaufmanhospitality.com.
