Chula Seafood Opens Fourth Valley Location at Arizona Center

Fresh seafood has officially arrived in the heart of downtown Phoenix as Chula Seafood celebrates the opening of its fourth Valley location at Arizona Center. The restaurant brings the company’s ocean-to-table philosophy to downtown residents, office workers, and visitors with an expanded menu that offers longtime favorites and several dishes exclusive to the new location.

“We are very strategic with the growth of our brand, and we instantly knew that the Arizona Center would be a perfect fit for our newest location,” co-owner Mandy Heflin said. “We look forward to serving the downtown business crowd and residents of the area, whether stopping in for a quick lunch, enjoying happy hour or coming in to try one of our monthly specials.”

While guests will still find Chula favorites like the Lobster Roll, Clam Chowder, Fish and Chips, Crispy Fish Sandwich, fresh fish plates and raw bar selections, the downtown location introduces several new menu items not available at the company’s other Valley restaurants.

For the first time, Chula is offering chicken and beef alongside its signature seafood. The restaurant’s new lineup of signature bowls includes the Ate Oh Eight Bowl with salmon and tuna poke, the Teriyaki Bowl and the Medi Coast Bowl featuring lemon garlic chicken. Diners can also build their own bowl by selecting a protein, base, toppings and house-made sauces, creating a fully customized meal.

Families will also find expanded options for younger diners, with the Little Guppies menu featuring chicken tenders, cheeseburgers, teriyaki salmon, kid-sized poke bowls and fish and chips. The beverage menu has grown, with cocktails, beer, and wine joined by frozen lemonade, margaritas, and customizable dirty sodas.

Guests can choose specialty creations like the Raspberry Dream or Hawaiian dirty soda, or create their own combination with a favorite soda and mix-ins. With the addition of its Arizona Center location, the family-owned company now operates four Valley restaurants serving fresh seafood with a focus on quality, sustainability and approachable coastal cuisine.
