Celebrate National Honey Month this September at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort with special dishes and a cocktail made with honey harvested from on-site bees. At stonegrill restaurant, sample dishes inspired by the bees that live on site, featuring vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in in the resort’s onsite organic garden. The dishes on this menu are available as a prix fixe menu for $35 (not including a honey-berry smash cocktail) or individually: the cocktail is $12, roasted fall harvest salad is $10, applewood-smoked pork tenderloin is $24 and an orange blossom honey cake (pictured) is $8.
Southern Rail has just debuted brunch, which will be served every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu features fried green tomato benedict, brioche bread pudding French toast, biscuits and gravy, beignets and smoked trout with pea cakes.

All proceeds will go to Colleen’s Dream Foundation, which raises money for ovarian cancer research. Tickets are $100.
