Tri Pointe Homes is bringing hundreds of new residences to one of the West Valley’s most sought-after master-planned communities. The homebuilder has acquired approximately 99 acres within Verrado Highlands, the newest area of the award-winning Verrado community in Buckeye.

The approximately $44.5 million acquisition was capitalized in partnership with Kennedy Lewis Investment Management and purchased from DMB White Tank, LLC. The neighborhood will be located near Highlands Park Drive, occupying one of the final residential opportunities within Verrado Highlands.
“With Buckeye’s emergence as the fastest-growing city in Arizona and one of the nation’s new boomtowns, the need for homes and communities is stronger than ever,” said Division President of Tri Pointe Homes – Arizona James Attwood. “We believe this investment positions us to serve that demand for years to come.”

Development is expected to begin in late 2026, with model home construction anticipated to begin in mid-2027. Sales are currently projected to launch during the fourth quarter of 2027. While plans are still being finalized, Tri Pointe Homes anticipates offering single- and two-story residences on 45-, 50- and 60-foot homesites. Plans call for homes ranging from approximately 1,856 to 3,419 square feet, with four to five bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and two- to three-bay garages.
The master-planned destination features more than 86 parks, more than 26 miles of hiking and biking trails, two championship golf courses, the Heritage Swim Park, fitness amenities, schools and the Main Street district, where residents can find shops, restaurants, services and gathering spaces.

With Buckeye continuing to experience significant growth, the new Tri Pointe Homes neighborhood will add another collection of residences to Verrado while giving future homeowners an opportunity to become part of the community’s expanding landscape. Learn more at tripointehomes.com.
