After more than two decades serving patients across the Valley, Arizona-founded Derma Health Skin & Laser is beginning a new chapter following its acquisition by Elase, a national medical aesthetics organization.

Founded 21 years ago by local entrepreneur Trish Gulbranson, Derma Health has grown into one of Arizona’s longest-standing medical aesthetics providers. The company is known for its personalized approach to skincare, injectables, laser treatments and wellness services, as well as its strong ties to the community.
“Building Derma Health has been one of the greatest privileges of my life,” Gulbranson said. “This decision was made with our patients and team at the forefront.”

While the clinics will transition to the Elase name, patients can expect much of their existing experience to remain unchanged. Providers and employees will stay in place, treatment histories will be preserved, and current appointments, memberships and pricing structures will continue to be honored.
The acquisition will also bring additional resources to Arizona patients, including expanded treatment options, enhanced technology and further education for providers.

Existing “Reflect Your Best You” Beauty Club members will retain their $149 monthly rate while receiving added benefits, including savings on treatments and products and access to 43+ locations nationwide.
Elase CEO Stephanie Hue said the company plans to preserve the culture and trusted relationships that helped make Derma Health successful while investing in future growth. Patients will begin seeing updated branding, website changes and expanded offerings in the coming months. Learn more: Elase Med Spa.
