A typical day in my life includes… being blessed with the ability to take my girls to school each morning. I typically spend my days speaking with clients from all around the world. I spend most of my morning combing through emails that I had missed throughout the night, and catching up with our staff to ensure we are achieving client expectations. Afternoons and evenings, although they seem to quite often extend into the early night, are spent growing the business. Our dinner time is quite sacred, and that is when we as a family get the opportunity to share our day with one another.
I was born… in Des Moines, IA.
My favorite thing about Arizona… is that we are a few hours from the sand, snow and sea.

My family… is my rock. They are always supportive and open to my crazy business ideas.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… My wife and kids.
One thing I cannot live without… A dog. We are currently on our 3rd family generation boxer.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a police officer, but common sense prevailed.
I’m inspired by… the fear of missing of missing out. You create your own success.
The person/people who motivate(s) me is/are… The clients we serve, my wife Chelsea, and when I need a pick me up, I turn on a Denzel Washington motivational speech. “If you don’t fail, you’re not even trying. To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.”
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… The idea of the American dream. Many believe it to be impossible.
The perfect day would be… with my family, traveling anywhere in the world.
My first job was… An amusement park in Altoona, IA called Adventureland. I remember them telling me I would make $4.15 an hour and being ecstatic!
My favorite escape… spending time with friends reminiscing of past times.
My life… is one that has given me many blessings. Its fulfillment will be when I am able to meet my grandchildren.
I’m currently working on… Growing my cybersecurity startup. No two days are ever the same. On any given day I could be managing an asset search or custody case for a domestic investigation, or handling a commercial investigation involving insurance fraud or running surveillance.
I’m also working on a local community organization and obtaining my FAA license.

Biggest Dream… is to retire by 50, and find someone to inject the same passion, work ethic and drive that I once did into my company.

If Tyler is not at work, he is enjoying the beautiful outdoors, either camping in Northern Arizona or in the dunes while it’s in season.
